UCB Ferrocast Limited

Established in 1965 as a Chill Cast Foundry, Ferrocast produced a variety of bars and blanks in Grey Flake Iron. In the early 1970's the foundry closed and the business transformed into a stockholding and distribution centre for flake and SG continuously cast iron bars. In 1995 the Ferrocast company was purchased by Starkey's Technicast and then both companies became part of the United Cast Bar Group of companies in 1998. UCB Ferrocast currently offers As Cast bar from stock and has machine shop facilities to provide proof machined bars, blanks, bushes and tubes to customer requirements.
